Ravens     The sun shines so dim. Black screens of the frozen cover it from spark to cinder. The glass of the window is covered in eaves-droppers. The rain always cries for my stories. Don't ever give them up, my dear. They feed them to the crow wings. Wings black as her eyes and fingers long as my story. She never understood. Their songs take down the weak. A haunting lullaby that breaks me down ~ brings me to my knees. She's a sneaky one. The river flows, bright blue if you catch at the right time. In the moonlight she walks with the rapids. Yellow eyes shine through the notes, entranced by her thoughts. I couldn't do it.
That GirlSee that girl in the corner?
Don't feel sorrow for her

Always getting burned
Oh she would never learn

Each and every night
She battles with her own personal fight

Tears rolling down her face
Her pain is hard to erase

Clutching at her arms
Knowing that she is causing herself harm

Blood drips to the floor
Wishing she wouldn't do this anymore

Each stroke brings her pain
But it helps erase the stain...

As the memories begin to drift away
Still wishing that you would've stayed....
StarvingI eat because I'm not hungry
I starve because I am
Clean hands are always dirty
It's all just an honest sham

I'm happiest when I cry
I do my best when I don't try
I love her 'cause she hates me
I am because I can't be

Warm blood flows through skin stone cold
I listen to what I'm not told
I close my eyes when I'm cognizant
Wide open when the world seems distant

I'm smart because I don't know
Watering a rose that will never grow
I know where I am when I am lost
I love the warmth of winter's frost

I often finish before I start
Listening to the beat of a lifeless heart
Giving things I don't posses
Terrifying the brave and fearl
I CareI loved you once
But now no more
So now I'll show you out the door

Yeah I know you still care
But all you ever did was stood there
Even when another guy came in the picture
You just became a sculpture

Are you even aware
of how much I care?

My mom used to think it was funny to call me Miss Halfway because I never finished anything and only went halfway through. I immediately thought of that when I looked at the picture. "Miss Halfway is Here to Stay". Halfway gone~ but still there ~

Ohh, nice! This is what I needed to see in the other photo. The human silhouette is very nice and slightly spectral. I like it a lot!!
